Spectator Regulations

Exchanges

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date. It must also be remembered that the Fondazione Arena Management reserves the right make any modification to the program, dates and times that may be necessary due artistic or technical requirements, or to force majeure.

 

Hall regulations

Spectators must occupy the seats allocated and always have their tickets with them, to be shown to theatre staff if requested.

It is forbidden to enter the stalls after a performance has begun. Spectators who arrive late are required to wait in the foyer until the first interval, when they can go to their seats. Latecomers can however watch the performance from the galleries, if seats are available.

Spectators are required to behave correctly in the hall and maintain respectful silence. The use of mobile phones is prohibited.

All food and drink must be consumed in the bar zone. It is therefore forbidden to take glasses, bottles or food into the hall or the boxes.

 

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 4 are not admitted to the theatre.

DRESS CODE

Black tie wear is expected for the inauguration of the Opera and Ballet Season, dark suits for “first nights” and “Galas”. Elegant clothing, suited to theatre ambiance, is however recommended for all performances.

For any problem or requirement, spectators are requested to contact security staff or the hall manager.
