Auditorium rules

The public is obliged to occupy their assigned seats and to carry their ticket with them at all times, to be shown at the request of the front-of-house staff.

It is prohibited to enter the auditorium once the performance has started. Spectators arriving late are invited to wait in the foyer until the first interval to reach their seats. Late spectators in the stalls will still be able to watch the performance from the galleries, if available.

Proper behaviour and respect for silence are required in the auditorium. The use of mobile phones is prohibited.

All drinks must be consumed exclusively within the bar area. It is therefore forbidden to bring glasses, bottles, or any food into the hall and the boxes.

For any problems or needs, the public is asked to contact the security staff or the venue manager.

Children: Children under the age of 4 are not admitted to the theatre.

People with disabilities: For ticket purchases and contact information please visit the dedicated page

Contract: is the agreement that is established between the Customer and Fondazione Arena di Verona, and to the extent of its competence, with TicketOne, with reference to a specific purchase of Admission Tickets, to be understood as regulated by these General Conditions of Contract

Clothing: A black tie is welcome at the opening of the Opera and Ballet Season, dark suits at 'opening nights' and 'galas'. However, elegant attire in keeping with the decorum of the theatre is recommended for all performances.
