Gezim Myshketa, Albanian baritone, graduated from the “Arrigo Boito” Conservatory in Parma. After winning the AsLiCo Competition in 2006, he made his debut in the title role of Don Giovanni for the Circuito Lirico Lombardo in Italy.
This was followed by important collaborations with theatres and festivals such as the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Sferisterio di Macerata, the Palm Beach Opera, ABAO OLBE in Bilbao, the Opéra de Montpellier, the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse, the Opéra de Marseille, the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Orchestre National de France, the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, the Royal Opera House Muscat, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Semperoper Dresden, the Oper Leipzig, the Staatstheater Stuttgart, the Opernhaus Zürich, the Staatsoper Hamburg and the Salzburg Festival. He collaborates with renowned conductors such as Philippe Auguin, Frédéric Chaslin, Daniel Oren, Nello Santi, Bruno Campanella, Paolo Arrivabeni, Michele Mariotti, Maurizio Benini, and directors such as Robert Carsen, Giancarlo del Monaco, Pierluigi Pizzi, Damiano Michieletto, Graham Vick and Calixto Bieito.
His most recent engagements include La Rondine (Rambaldo) at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona; Le Villi (Guglielmo Wulf) at the Teatro Regio di Torino; Un Ballo in Maschera (Renato) at the Opéra de Marseille; Nabucco (title role) at the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse; Guillaume Tell (title role) at the New National Theatre in Tokyo; Maria Stuarda (Lord Guglielmo Cecil) in Hamburg; Dall’Ongaro's Robin Hood and Tosca at the Royal Opera House Muscat; La Traviata (Giorgio Germont) at the Teatro Real de Madrid and at the Opéra de Montpellier; Cavalleria Rusticana (Alfio) at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa.

He made his debut at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona in 2010 in Die Lustige Witwe, followed by La Gazza Ladra (2012), L’Elisir d’amore (2013), Maria Stuarda (2014), La Forza del Destino (2015), Werther (2023), La Rondine (2024) and Le Villi (2025). At the Arena di Verona he sang Carmen in 2022 and 2023 and Turandot in 2022. He returned to the Teatro Filarmonico for Le Villi for the 2025 Opera Season. He takes the stage of the Veronese amphitheatre in 2026 for the 103° Arena di Verona Opera Festival.
