Balletto

Pëtr Il’ič Čajkovskij

About

After eight years, the ballet returns to Verona's Teatro Filarmonico with the most classic of titles in the great repertoire: Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake.

Princess Odette can only break the spell that forces her to take the form of a swan through love... but the perfidious magician Rothbart stands between her and Prince Siegfrid. Redemptive love and the struggle between good and evil, symbolised by the white swan and the black swan, are the main themes of the greatest masterpiece of classical ballet, thanks to the compelling and immortal music of the Russian composer.
