Interrupted performance

Did you have a ticket for a show that was cancelled or interrupted? Here's what to do

For the suspended performance on 28.08.2025 (Aida)

We are grateful for your patience during the Aida of 28th of August 2025. Being able to watch opera under the stars is what makes the Arena special but, as these are open-air performances, the risk of bad weather cannot be excluded.

For this reason, you will have the opportunity to return to the Arena at the symbolic price of 2.50 euro per ticket to see Rigoletto 30^th August 2025. Unable to attend the Rigoletto on 30th August? Keep your ticket anyway: with a symbolic contribution of 2.50 euro, you will be able to use it also for 2026, by choosing one of the performances of Aida (excluding the first two performances: 19^th June 2026 directed by Stefano Poda and 30^th July 2026 directed by Franco Zeffirelli). We will contact you at the end of October with all the details.

You can use it to purchase a new ticket:

Online on our website:

Proceed with a regular purchase for Rigoletto 30^th August 2025 in the sector you wish to buy and once you have added it to your shopping cart enter the fiscal seal of your ticket in the ‘Customer card/Promotion code’ section. If you have several tickets, enter their fiscal seals one at a time and click on ‘redeem’ after each entry.

At the ticket office:

Present a copy of your original ticket for Aida on 28th August 2025. All opening times can be found at this link.

By e-mail:

Write to cs@arenadiverona.it enclosing a copy of your original ticket dated 28^th August 2025.

For the suspended performance on 01.08.2025 (Aida)

Were you at the performance of Aida on 01 August 2025? You can choose between two options: either the chance to return to the Arena to see Aida again during the Arena Opera Festival 2025, at the symbolic price of just €2.50 per ticket; or, alternatively, a 50% discount on tickets for the exclusive gala Jonas Kaufmann in Opera, taking place on 3 August 2025.

How does it work?

Take your ticket(s) for the 1st August 2025!

The fiscal seal on your ticket has become your discount code!

Each code entitles you to a discount for 1 ticket.

You can buy your discounted ticket through three different channels:

Online

Click here and log in;

Select ‘Arena Opera Festival 2025’ from the top menu and choose either an Aida of the Arena Opera Festival 2025; or, alternatively, the exclusive gala Jonas Kaufmann in Opera, taking place on 3 August 2025.

Choose the seats in the sector you prefer and first select the option ‘in the shopping cart’ and then the option ‘Next’;

Enter the fiscal seal of your ticket in the ‘Customer card/Promotion code’ section. If you have several tickets, enter their fiscal seals one at a time and click on ‘redeem’ after each entry;

You will see the new recalculated total at the bottom of the page (plus any manager's commission) and can then complete your purchase.

At the ticket office:

You can also purchase your new ticket by going to the central ticket office in Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6/b bringing your ticket for the Aida performance on 1 August 2025. The tikcket office is open from Monday to Sunday during the following hours: on performance days 9:30 a.m. - start of the performance, on non-performance days 09:30 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
