How it works
- An Open Ticket is an open-date ticket, valid for all dates of the 2023 season except 16 and 17 June, 19 and 23 July, 6 - 20 and 31 August. You choose the sector for the seat you wish to gift: it is then up to the person receiving your gift to choose what to see by contacting our call centre.
- Click here, choose the sector and number of tickets and make your purchase. You can purchase one or more Open Tickets.
- Looking to gift two tickets? Purchase a Couple Open Ticket!
- Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with the order confirmation number and a link to the special greeting card to download and/or print.
- On the card, you can write the order number, amount, and type of tickets given away.
How to Redeem an Open Ticket
Have you received an Open ticket and decided the date of the performance you want to attend? Check availability (remember, the earlier you decide on the date, the more likely you are to get a seat!) and redeem your Open Ticket:
- Online at arena.it/buy by logging into your personal area and entering your ticket barcode in the appropriate section (for purchases after 16/01/2023).

- Byontact our Call Centre at +39 045 8005151, operating Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Keep the details of your order handy!
The ticket for the chosen date (subject to availability) will be sent to you in print@home format directly by e-mail. The cost of the call - national or international - depends on the tariff applied by your telephone operator.

- Go to the Central Box Office (Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6/b) Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.), bringing your order details with you.

Terms and Conditions
- Open Tickets are valid for all dates of the 2023 season except 16 and 17 June, 19 and 23 July, 6 - 20 and 31 August.
- It is currently not possible to use your voucher to purchase an Open Ticket.
- In the event of a performance being cancelled before its start due to bad weather, please note that tickets generated by Open Ticket will not be refunded, but will be valid for subsequent dates of the current season (subject to issuing a ticket for the new date). These tickets are only refundable if the cancelled performance is the last of the season to which it applies.
