Born in Albania, Enkeleda Kamani graduated in Singing with highest honors from the University of Arts in Tirana, where she won two editions of the “Marie Kraja” International Singing Competition, in 2013 and 2015, winning third and first prize respectively. In 2017 she won the role of Pamina in the 68th edition of the prestigious AsLiCo International Competition and joined the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala, taking part in various productions on the La Scala stage.
Among the leading roles of recent seasons: Pamina in Die Zauberflöte at the Royal Opera of Muscat, Lucia in Lucia di Lammermoor and Despina in Così fan tutte in Verona, Elvira in L’italiana in Algeri at the Teatro alla Scala. We also recall Gilda in Rigoletto at the Royal Opera House of Muscat, at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège and at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, as well as her debut as Eudoxie in La Juive in Dortmund, Zerlina in Don Giovanni at the Teatro Regio di Parma and her debut as Violetta in La Traviata at the Opéra National de Lorraine.
In 2026 she makes her debut at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in the role of Oscar in Un ballo in maschera, and is a soloist in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony with the Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra.
At the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona she made her debut in 2020 in the title role of Lucia di Lammermoor and in the New Year's Concert, later returning as Despina in Così fan tutte (2021) and Oscar in Un Ballo in maschera (2023).
She makes her debut on the stage of the Veronese amphitheatre in La Bohème for the 103° Arena Opera Festival 2026.
