Spectators with disabilities
All the information to enter to the Arena
People with a certified disability, after exhibiting a disability certificate (or equivalent certification), will be entitled to a seat for themselves and one for their accompanying person, for a discounted fee equal to the lowest full ticket fee available on the selected night.

Any disabilities with motor impairments should be specified, along with the need for a wheelchair or other walking aids, to allow ticket office clerks to assign a designated stall seat (subject to availability), in accordance to current safety and accessibility regulations.
Special tickets may be booked exclusively at the Central Ticket Office (biglietteria@arenadiverona.it), by sending the relevant form provided by Fondazione Arena duly filled out, and by attaching a copy of the disability certificate, with the specific percentage of disability.
If it is not possible to use the booking form, the reservation request should include:
- Name and surname of the person with disabilities
- Date of the show you wish to see
- A copy of the document certified the disability, with specification of the percentage of disability
- Consent to sensitive/personal data processing, exhibited by signing the following statement: I authorize to the processing of my personal/sensitive data, as specified in the ticket reservation request for the admission of persons with disabilities, to the afore-mentioned event, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, “Personal Data Protection Law” and the “GDPR”
Sending the reservation request, without the Organizer’s confirmation, does not entitle you to participate in the event.
By purchasing only, the ordinary ticket in other ways that those specified above will not assure access to the amphitheatre to people with disabilities.
Arena for all

Entrances
There are no architectural barriers preventing wheelchair access to the stalls.
The indications to access to the amphitheatre from Piazza Bra through the metal slide will be provided upon purchasing the tickets. Access to the stall is free from architectural barriers, through gates 4, 1 and/or 8. The stalls are equipped with two accessible restrooms.
