Dear Spectator,

as of 1 May 2022, the requirement to show a Green Pass to access performances no longer applies. The obligation to wear an FFP2 mask for spectators at events taking place indoors at the Teatro Filarmonico is also cease as of 16 June 2022. This also applies to dress rehearsals attended by an audience.

However, we urge you to use as much caution as you feel is helpful for you and other audience members.

I have a voucher issued following the cancellation of 2020 Artistic Season shows. When is it valid till?

The vouchers have a validity of 36 months from the date of issue (the date indicated on the document in your possession will be considered valid).

Vouchers can be used as a form of total or partial payment of tickets regarding the shows scheduled for the Teatro Filarmonico 2022 Artistic Season.

If they are personal, vouchers regarding the Teatro Filarmonico are not transferable.


What happens to my voucher once it expires?

At the end of the 36 months, although not foreseen by law, Fondazione Arena di Verona has decided to reimburse any vouchers not yet used.


Are Green Pass and masks needed to access the Arena shows?

Effective from 1 May 2022, a Green Pass will no longer be required to access the Arena shows. 

The obligation to wear an FFP2-type mask is still in effect to participate in events held indoors (e.g., Philharmonic Theatre). This also applies to general rehearsals with an audience present.
