His choreographic works include La traviata (San Diego Opera, Fort Worth Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera and Lyric Opera Baltimore), Carmen (Virginia Opera and Opera Omaha), Turandot (Teatro Petruzzelli and Virginia Opera), The Pirates of Penzance (Central City Opera), Ariadne auf Naxos (Santa Fe Opera and Virginia Opera), My Fair Lady (Teatro San Carlo and Teatro Massimo), Die Fledermaus (Utah Opera), Vanessa (Wexford Festival Opera), La vedova allegra (Boston Lyric Opera and Utah Opera), Jenůfa (Des Moines Metro Opera), The Last Savage (Indiana University), Sweeney Todd (Virginia Opera), Falstaff (Virginia Opera), Le Nozze di Figaro (Virginia Opera), Die Fledermaus (Opera Memphis).
His experience as a dancer includes collaborations with ZviDance, the Metropolitan Opera, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Washington National Opera and the Santa Fe Opera, as well as performances with Christopher K. Morgan. He studied music at the University of Southern Mississippi before earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in dance from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
He also serves as an assistant director at the Santa Fe Opera, San Diego Opera, Virginia Opera, Utah Opera, Fort Worth Opera, Central City Opera, Opera Omaha, Tulsa Opera, Opera Memphis and Indiana University. His directorial works include Intelligence, L'elisir d'amore, Le nozze di Figaro, Lucia di Lammermoor, Carmen, Rising Stars in Concert, La traviata, As One, Hansel and Gretel, Die Fledermaus, Don Giovanni, Turandot, The Pirates of Penzance, La bohème, Suor Angelica/Gianni Schicchi, Becoming Santa Claus, Die Zauberflöte, Mame, The Bear, Don Quixote and the Duchess, L’enfant et les sortilèges and Gianni Schicchi, Dead Man Walking and Apprentice Showcase.
