Cristina Pastorello is a lyric coloratura soprano and graduated in singing with full marks "cum laude" from the Conservatoire "A. Pedrollo" of Vicenza, under the guidance of Romana Righetti.
She performs in stage productions and concerts; her repertoire includes sacred and chamber music, and also modern and baroque music.
She won the International Competition Toti Dal Monte of Treviso and also the Opera Competition - Luciano Pavarotti in the USA.

She took part in the Festival Dei Due Mondi of Spoleto performing in Le Nozze di Figaro
, directed by M° Giancarlo Menotti, as Susanna, a role that she performed again at the Opera Company of Philadelphia, with great personal success.
She often performs in Operetta; she has been invited to sing in the Festivals of Trieste and Palermo, in Die Fledermaus
by Strauss (Adele), Orfeo all'Inferno
by Offenbach (Diana), and Die lustige Witwe
(The Merry Widow) by Lehár (Valencienne), a role that she has performed many times, also at Arena di Verona with Andrea Bocelli.
She performed at the Auditorium of the University of Bangkok in a recital, and with the Fondazione Arena di Verona she performed at the University of Miami in Florida.
She has also performed pieces from the baroque repertoire: at the Musikverein in Vienna, at the Festival de Le Chaise Dieu (in Lyon) and at the Festival of Utrecht (Holland).
With regard to modern music, she has performed Monica in La Medium
by G.C.Menotti alongside and directed by Renata Scotto, and Ghita in Der Zwerg
by Zemlinskij; she also performed Micaela, in Carmen
2 by Bizet-Savary, at the Teatro Regio of Turin directed by the famous French director Jerome Savary.
In terms of chamber music, she sings Neapolitan Songs, Songs by Gershwin, the Spanish Tonadillas, and the French Chansons.
In the seasons 2002 and 2003 she performed at the Arena of Verona in Carmen
by Bizet in the role of Frasquita.
