Gift a ticket

The Open Ticket is a flexible, open-date ticket, valid for the entire 2024 season, except for specific dates (8, 14, and 21 June - 5 and 19 July - 2 and 10 August (premieres and opening nights), 7 June (La Grande Opera Italiana Patrimonio dell'Umanità), 23 and 24 July (Roberto Bolle and Friends), 11 August (9th Symphony), 21 August (Plácido Domingo Noche Española), 27 and 28 August (Zorba il Greco at the Roman Theatre) and 1 September (Carmina Burana).

All you need to do is choose a sector of the Arena, excluding the numbered seats on the steps (4th and 5th sectors). The person receiving your gift will decide which performance they wish to attend.

Here is what you need to do:

• Choose a sector and the number of tickets You can buy one or more Open Tickets, or choose an Open Ticket for two.
• After completing your purchase, you will receive your Open Ticket in PDF format via email. Remember to print it or forward it to the intended recipient. All instructions to redeem the ticket are provided in the PDF itself.

go to shop.arena.it and log in to your personal area; click on Redeem Open Ticket - at least 2 days before your chosen date - and enter your ticket barcode in the designated section

Call the Call Centre at +39 045 8005151, open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at least two days in advance of the chosen date. Keep your order details to hand! The ticket for your chosen date (subject to availability) will be sent to you in print@home format directly by email. The cost of the call - national or international - depends on the rate charged by your telephone operator.

Go to the Central Box Office (Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6/b) at least 2 days before the chosen date, bringing your order details with you.
