If you are a spectator with limited mobility, please specify when booking if you have a wheelchair or other mobility aid, by sending the appropriate medical certificate.
In the event of a wheelchair being used, you will have access to the stalls seats, with a special-rate ticket (unnumbered stone steps). Your accompanying person will have a right to purchase a reduced-rate stone step seat and will be seated as near to you as possible in the stalls, or anyhow in an area of the stone step seating with access to the stalls.
If you use other mobility aids, please inform the ticket office staff, who will allocate the most suitable seat for watching the performance, according to mobility capacity and seating availability.
When booking, please send the appropriate medical certificate to the ticket office.
The ticket office staff will then allocate the most suitable seat for watching the performance, according to mobility capacity and seating availability. Please remember that both you and your accompanying person have a right to purchase a reduced-rate unnumbered stone step ticket.
We have an agreement with the Union Italian Ciechi that extends the aforementioned special rates to members of the audience with impaired sight.
There are no architectural barriers preventing access to the stalls by disabled spectators on wheelchairs.
For access to the amphitheatre from Piazza Bra, you can use the metal ramp at Gate 18. On the other hand, for access to the stalls without any architectural barriers, you can use Gate 4. The stalls are equipped with accessible toilet facilities.
During the performance, for any needs of assistance, access, accompaniment and indications, the Arena Service staff is always at your disposal.
