The Fondazione Arena di Verona reminds the School that:
Tickets may be requested by fax sent to n. +39 045 590638 (request to be drawn up on the School’s headed note paper) or by e-mail to: scuola@arenadiverona.it (to be sent from the School’s e-mail box). The request must indicate the performances chosen (the dates on which they will be held) and the number of tickets required. Fondazione Arena di Verona will then authorise the sale of the counterfoils and will send a copy of the booking to the ticket office. An identical copy will also be delivered to the School itself as a receipt for the booking.
The payment must be made within the day prior to the first performance requested. If payment is not made, the booking shall be cancelled.
If you wish to receive the tickets by post, payment must be made one month before the date of the first performance requested, by bank draft or by postal order.
Only group bookings are possible, and the tickets of the entire group must be withdrawn together: single tickets cannot be collected.
SPECIAL WARNING
In emphasising the positive nature of the initiative, implemented in compliance with law and our articles of association establishing our primary goal as the diffusion of musical culture and promotion and development of art and musical performances, Fondazione Arena believes it important to focus on the exclusivity of the concession, which should apply only schools students and staff, teaching or otherwise.
In the aim of preventing special price tickets from being resold we should like to inform you that the name of the school will appear on the counterfoil of the tickets. Such expedient will make it possible to perform sample ticket inspections at the entrance to the Theatre, aimed at determining the provenance of the tickets.
