Tickets are refundable ONLY if the performance is cancelled BEFORE it begins.
Refunds relate solely to the sum written on the ticket.
According to the provisions of Law n°214 of 22/12/2011 art. 12, refunds can be given in cash only for amounts under 1.000 Euro. For amounts equal to or over 1.000 Euro, the applicant must send the Ticket Office both the issued tickets and the “Refund Request Form”, available at the Ticket Office or on the following link: http://www.arena.it/4138/4138-en.pdf, completed as required with all the information such as name, address, telephone number, name of the bank and IBAN code, or SWIFT code for international bank transfer. Refunds via bank transfer will take place only once cash refunds are completed.
Furthermore, in order to be refunded, tickets may be taken directly to the Fondazione Arena di Verona Ticket Office - Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6b - 37121 Verona – I – telephone number +39 045 596517 – fax 045 8013287 – immediately after the performance has been cancelled or throughout the following day.
Refunds may also be accepted by sending tickets via post, within 10 days after the cancelled performance, at the following address:
