- the number of tickets
- the seat sector
- the number and expiry date of your credit card
- the name and surname of the card owner
- the address
- the telephone number
- e-mail address/fax number
The booking will take place on the telephone with an operator who will book your requested seats. As soon as the seats have been confirmed the details of the owner of the credit card will be requested, as well as details of the credit card and the way in which you would like to receive your tickets.
The tickets can be collected starting from 3 days prior to the performance up until one hour before the performance begins, while the posting of tickets, at a cost, is by express courier which delivers to everywhere in the world and it is possible to request this service up until 10 days before the opera performance you have chosen.
The following credit cards are accepted as a means of payment: Visa (excluding Electron), Mastercard, American Express and Diner's.
The payment will take place while the operator is on the telephone with the client, and in this way the client will immediately know if the transaction has been successful or not.
Following the purchase a confirmation e-mail will be sent which will include all of the details of the performance and of the charges incurred.
If you collect your tickets at the ticket office, the tickets will be consigned to the owner of the credit card who will need to exhibit the e-mail confirmation of the booking. The credit card owner can, however, authorize another person to collect the tickets but this person needs to present the e-mail showing the confirmation of purchase, a letter of delegation signed by the owner of the credit card and valid form of identification.
