Ticket collection
Three different options to meet your needs
- The tickets, for those who choose the delivery option, will be sent by courier. The cost of delivery will be charged to the buyer of the tickets and can be requested up to 10 working days before the chosen performance.
- The tickets which are not mailed must be collected at the Main Ticket Office in via Dietro Anfiteatro, 6/b at least one hour before the performance is due to begin.
The tickets must be collected by the person indicated during registration, who must present the purchase confirmation, which will be automatically sent via e-mail, as well as a valid Identification card.
- You can authorize another person to collect the tickets. They must have a delegation letter signed by the person indicated during registration, the purchase confirmation and a valid form of Identification.
