For the selling of tickets for its performances Fondazione Arena di Verona, is using only legally recognized outlets which you’ll find listed at the bottom of this page. These outlets are the only authorized for selling tickets for the performances organized by Fondazione Arena di Verona.
All the outlets have their own “Terms of sale”. For any request or questions about payments, deliveries, picking up on the day of the performance, possibility to choose the seat number please contact directly who issued the ticket, because Fondazione Arena has no possibility to modify or to decide about ’ terms of sale’ applied by the resellers.
Fondazione Arena di Verona declines all responsibility in case of purchase of tickets out of the authorized sale outlets listed at the bottom of the page. In buying tickets out of the above mentioned resellers you can run into higher prices of tickets, false tickets or irregular tickets for which Fondazione Arena cannot be considered responsible.
Misguided purchase
In case of irregularities noticed at the entrance, Fondazione Arena is entitled to prevent the entrance to the performance and the owner of the irregular ticket can be reported to the relevant Authorities for misguided purchase or fraud, for damage caused to the official resellers of Fondazione Arena di Verona.
We would like also to remind you that law punishes false tickets’ maker and reseller.
