Dmitry is one of the most exciting basses of his Generation, taking the operatic world by storm, equally celebrated by audiences and critics.
This season Dmitry will give his company debuts at Chicago Symphony Orchestra (Muti), Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin (Barenboim), Wiener Staatsoper (López-Cobos), Chorégies d'Orange (Steinberg) and will return to Houston Grand Opera and, of course, the Bolshoi Theatre.
In future seasons, he will sing Silva in Ernani and Ramfis in Aida at the Met and will return to Houston Grand Opera, make his company debuts at Bayerische Staatsoper Munich as Fiesco in Boccanegra and at Lyric Opera of Chicago. He remains a main principal artist at the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia in Moscow.
Dmitry has worked with many leading conductors including Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Vladimir Spivakov, Yuri Bashmet, Vladimir Fedoseyev, Jan Latham-König, Ion Marin, Thomas Zanderling, Jesus López-Cobos, Riccardo Frizza and Mikhail Pletnev.
