Manuel Pedretti 

After receiving his degree at Venice Fine Arts Academy in 2006, he started his career designing the puppets for the opera “il Mondo Della luna” for the Venice Biennale and in the same year designed the costumes for the opera “Amahl and the night visitors”, which took place in Teatro sociale in Rovigo.

He worked in the opera “l’Italiana in Algeri” directed by Damiano Michieletto performed at the Olympic Theatre of Vicenza.

He created the costumes for the operas “Il segreto di Susanna”, ”Procedura penale”, “Monsieur Choufleuri”.

In april 2011 he worked as costume designer for the Lubeck theater in “Carmen”.

In July 2012 he created the costumes for “Rigoletto” and in December he created the costume for “Don Giovanni” directed by Federico Bertolani with Giulio Magnetto’s scenography at the Bassano Opera Festival.

In July 2012 he worked under the direction of Alessandro Talevi at the Festival della Valle d'Itria in “Crispino e la Comare”.

In January 2013 he designed the costume of “Macbeth” at the Lubeck Theater.

In June 2014 he will design the costumes for “L'amour des Trois Oranges” at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino
