Elisa Fortunati 
MEZZO SOPRANO 

Elisa Fortunati graduates with full marks and honours in Canto Lirico at the Conservatory of Udine and obtains also a bachelor degree in Philosophy at the University of Verona, again with full marks and honours.

She began her career debuting in the comic operetta Candide, followed by Il matrimonio segreto, Hansel and Gretel, I Quatro Rusteghi, Suor Angelica, Cavalleria Rusticana, La Traviata, Rigoletto, Carmen, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, La Forza del destino, La figlia del Reggimento.
In the years 2010 and 2012 she performed in the operas Die Frau Ohne Schatten and Der Rosenkavalier under the direction of Zubin Mehta at Teatro Comunale of Florence.
In 2011 she performed in Rigoletto at the Teatro Filarmonico of Verona.
She also performed in two first national performances: Antinesca, at the Teatro Piccolo Arsenale in Venice and The Queen of Snow at the Teatro Comunale of Vicenza.
She also sung in Adelaide di Borgogna at Teatro Sociale of Rovigo, first remake of this opera in modern times.
She won the Sixth International Festival of “Salon Romance” being awarded also in the “Famous Romanza” section.
Her repertoire includes chamber music, opera and sacre music.
She performed also in: Stabat Mater by Pergolesi, Magnificat by Runcher, Magnificat by Bach, Gloria and Magnificat by Vivaldi, Via Crucis by Liszt, Requiem by Mozart and Lauda Sion by Mendelssohn, these last two titels made in collaboration with Accademia Filarmonica of Verona.
