Stefano Antonucci 
 
Stefano Antonucci, after having studied acting, dedicated his time to music at the "Niccolò Paganini" in Genoa.

He made his debut in 1986 in Lucia di Lammermoor and he subsequently performed in the most important Italian theatres among which the Teatro Regio in Turin, Teatro alla Scala, Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Teatro Filarmonico in Verona, Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, Teatro Comunale in Florence, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, as well as in Berlin, Lyon, Montpellier, Vienna and Montecarlo, collaborating with orchestra conductors such as Vladimir Delman, Gianandrea Gavazzeni, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Lorin Maazel, Donato Renzetti and Sir Georg Solti.

In 1988 he made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in La Bohème and subsequently in Manon Lescaut and Fedora. In the 1996/1997 season he performed in Rigoletto and Adelia by Donizetti at the Teatro Donizetti in Bergamo, in Pollicino by Henze and La Traviata at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, in La Bohème at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, in the Requiem by Brahms at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona, in Maria Stuarda at the Montecarlo Opéra, in Linda di Chamounix at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna.

Subsequently he interpreted: Adelia at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, Fedora e La lupa by Tutino at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, L'amico Fritz in Naples, Lucia di Lammermoor at the Teatro Donizetti in Bergamo and at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona, Ernani in Palermo and La Traviata at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples.

He has also performed in: Attila (Ezio), Faust (Valentino), I Puritani (Sir Riccardo Forth), Die Fledermaus and the most important of Verdi's operas, among which La Traviata, Falstaff, Luisa Miller, Il Trovatore, Rigoletto, La Forza del destino, Simon Boccanegra.

Of great importance also were his recent debuts on the stage of the Teatro Massimo Bellini in Catania in Lucia di Lammermoor, at the Opéra National de Paris in Falstaff, at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna in Madama Butterfly and his return to the Arena Sferisterio in Macerata with Lucia di Lammermoor and La Traviata.

Included in his most recent performances are Falstaff at the Deutsche Oper in Berlin, La Traviata in Catania and in Berlin, La Bohème at the Teatro Regio in Parma, Un Ballo in maschera at the Teatro delle Muse in Ancona and La Favorite in Oviedo.
