
Antonio Feltracco graduated with the highest score "cum laude" at the conservatory of Castelfranco Veneto in 1995. He won the "Toti dal Monte" competition in Treviso for the role of Remendado in
Carmen, which he performed in Treviso, conducted by Peter Maag, with whom he worked from 1990 to 1998 and to whom he owes his professional training.
He has taken part in many operas:

Il Trovatore,

Un Ballo in maschera and
La Battaglia di Legnano. Others were:

Lucia di Lammermoor. These performances have been in many important theatres such as: La Fenice of Venice, Teatro Comunale of Bologna, Teatro Massimo of Palermo, the Arena di Verona, as well as Treviso, Rovigo, Ravenna, Ferrara, Modena, Brescia, Cremona, Bergamo, Pavia, Savona and Spoleto.
He has sung with renowned conductors such as: Peter Maag, Bruno Bartoletti, Massimo de Bernard, Donato Renzetti, Stefano Ranzani, Yoram David, Angelo Campori and Isaac Karabtschevski. He has also worked with important directors such as: Pizzi, Puggelli, Cobelli, De Hana, Zeffirelli, Cavani, De Bosio, Calenda, Garella, Nunziata and Esposito.
Other important performances include productions of
Die Zauberflöte at the Teatro dell'opera in Rome, Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa and Teatro Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. Between February and March 2002 he sung in
La Forza del destino at the Teatro Regio in Turin and subsequently at the Teatro Regio in Parma.
At the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan he sang in the productions of
Iolanta by Tchaikovsky and
Lucrezia Borgia by Donizetti. For the 2002 Opera Festival in the Arena he appeared in the production of
Carmen in the role of Remendado. At the Teatro Verdi in Trieste he sang in
L'Assassinio nella cattedrale by Pizzetti, while at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa he was in
Salome by Strauss.
Recent engagements include
Simon Boccanegra by Verdi at the Teatro S. Carlo in Naples.
He also sang the role of Remendado in
Carmen by Bizet at the Arena di Verona, directed by F. Zeffirelli and conducted by Alain Lombard.
Other past engagements include
Salome by Strauss at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa,
Simon Boccanegra by Verdi at the Teatro S. Carlo in Naples and
Carmen (in the role of Remendado) by Bizet at the Arena di Verona.
Among his future commitments, he will return to Verona (to the Teatro Filarmonico) for the opening production of
Le Donne curiose by Wolf-Ferrari. Thereafter he will be at the Teatro Comunale in Florence where he will perform in
Il Prigioniero /
Il Volo di notte by Dallapiccola. Other forthcoming engagements are at the Teatro Carlo Felice of Genoa where he will sing in
Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart and at the Teatro Regio in Turin where he will appear in
Anna Bolena by Donizetti.
He sings in many concert performances from the sacred and chamber repertoires.
