Roberto Iuliano 
Robert Juliano was born in Milan and received his diploma cum laude with a commendation from the "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatory in the same city. He won the "Caruso" Competition in Milan in 1995. Subsequently, he made his debut in La Traviata at the Opera Giocosa in Savona and, following this, at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, at the Teatro Morlacchi in Perugia and at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari. From 1993 to 1996, he sang each year in the Kyoto International Music Festival as a representative of Italy. In addition, he took part in Goethe's Faust conducted by Giorgio Strehler at the Teatro Piccolo in Milan.

After these first apperances, he sang in a number of other important productions. For example, in Don Giovanni and Così fan tutte in Savona, Menotti's Amelia al ballo at the Teatro Regio in Parma and  Falstaff at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo as well as at the Opera Houses in both Lyon and Zurich. He also sang in L'Elisir d'amore in Reykjavik and in Rovigo, Macbeth at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, Gianni Schicchi with the Tuscany Regional Orchestra and Don Pasquale at the Teatro Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.

He began to work with the Teatro dell'Opera in Zurich, appearing in I Lombardi alla prima crociata, in Verdi's Falstaff, Cimarosa's Il Matrimonio segreto, Paër's Leonora and Donizetti's Don Pasquale.

He sang the role of Tebaldo in Bellinil's I Capuleti and i Montecchi at the Teatro in Cologne and also performed in a number of concerts. These concerts included Rossini's Petite messe solennelle, performed recently on Swiss Italian Radio Television in Lugano as well as in Milan, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and Mozart's Requiem with the Verdi Orchestra of Milan.

At the moment, Roberto Juliano is working with the Verdi Auditorium in Milan, where he will sing Mozart's Requiem and Rossini's Petite messe solennelle, conducted by Romano Gandolfi. He will soon make his debut at the Salzburg Festival in Don Carlo conducted by Valery Gergiev.
