Armaldo Kllogjeri was born in Albania, and studied singing at the Academy of Arts in Tirana where he is appreciated for the quality of his voice and his innate musicality.
He has taken part in Vocal Masterclasses with many renowed teachers, including Katia Ricciarelli, Burhan Spahiu, and Beatrice Bianco.
In 2006 Armaldo made his first guest appearances at The National Theater of Albania in the roles of Rigoletto, Cavaradossi in Tosca, Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly. In 2006 in Albania he was awarded 1st prize for “The best Tenor of the Year”
In the 2007-8 season Armaldo Kllogjeri made his debut with The National Theater of Albania in Tirana as Alfredo in Massimo Ranieri’s production of La Traviata and as Luigi in Il tabarro.
In 2008 he sang Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly (The National Theater of Albania ), Cavaradossi in Tosca under Filippo Zigante in Lecce, and in the same season he made his debut in the role of Aminta in L’Olimpiade under Alessandro D’Agostini in Bologna and the title role in Andrea Chénier in Foggia.
His recent engagements include the Gala Concert for the Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden in Messina Cathedral; Andrea Chénier in Tirana, Pinkerton at Teatro Caio Melisso in Spoleto.
In the 2009 – 10 season he sang the role of The Duke of Mantua in Rigoletto at Teatro Carlo Felice in Genua.
Future engagements include Rigoletto in Verona and Trieste, La traviata and Les pecheurs de perles under Daniel Oren in Salerno, his debut with The New Israeli Opera in the role of Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor.
