Boris Nebyla was born in Bratislava and studied dance in his native city from 1986 to 1992 and then took perfection classes at the State Opera Ballet school in Vienna.

 In 1994 and 1998 he was a finalist in the "Maya" International Ballet Competition in Saint Petersburg and, in 1995, in the "Nureyev Ballet Competition" in Budapest. He was a soloist in the Vienna Opera and performed in Swan Lake and Raymonda by Nureyev, Roméo et Juliette by Cranko, Manon by MacMillan and again in the classic repertoire, he danced in Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle and other famous choreographies by Zanella, Kylian, Balanchine, Van Manen, Ashton and Malakhov. He has performed in Italy, Spain, the Ukraine, Israel, Greece, Japan, Germany and Belgium.
