The baritone was born in Bisceglie (Bari) in 1971 and received his diploma from the Conservatory of Bari under Professor K. Angeloni, with honours.
He began his singing career in 1988 as a soloist in the Choir of Molfetta. Since then he has participated in numerous concerts with the orchestra of the Province of Bari, the orchestra of the "N. Piccinni" Conservatory of Bari, the "La Camerata Musicale" Orchestra of Padua, the Moldavian Philharmonic Orchestra and others.
He has interpreted roles in various operas including L'Elisir d'amore by Donizetti, Il Tabarro by Puccini (in the role of Michele) and L'Ottavo dialogo by Malipiero, broadcast by Italian National public radio.
He has attended numerous specialization courses.
He is engaged in an intense programme of concerts both in Italy and abroad. His most recent concert appearances include a series of Gala Concerts with the Fondazione Arena di Verona in Germany, France, the United States and Hong Kong.
In collaboration with the Arena di Verona Foundation, he has participated in many tours in Europe (Lyon, Marseilles, Maçon, Sofia, Stuttgart, Strasbourg) in the U.S.A. (New York: Italian House Zerrilli-Maffei; and Hunter College) and in China (Hong Kong).
He will be in the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona in April to interpret the part of Schaunard in La Bohème and Ping in Turandot for the summer season of the Arena di Verona.
